| Ichi Ban, Matt Allen’s Farr Beneteau 44.7, equipped with Ian Short Sails, has annihilated all competition recording an impressive IRC Division 1 Class win in the 22nd Annual Kings Cup in Phuket, Thailand. The Kings Cup is Asia’s most popular sailing event. This year it was sailed in 10 – 20 knot breezes in idyllic conditions. Ichi Ban walked away from the international fleet recording an impressive 6 wins out of 7 races. The perfect record was only slightly blemished by a second in Race 6 to Ben Copley's Swan 42 CS Katsu. |
